Letztes Jahr habe ich von Precious Plastic Lübeck ein paar Stücke ihres recycelten Kunststoffs bekommen. Daraus ist unteranderem der Übergang zur Klinge an diesem Messers entstanden. Der Rest des Griffes ist aus stabilisiertem Holz.
Das Messer eignet sich super für kleine bis mittlere Schnibbel-Aufgaben in der Küche.
Das Messer hat eine Länge von ca. 29 cm. Die Klinge ist ca. 14,5cm lang.
